Björn Larsson Lindman is a Swedish psychologist, psychotherapist and leadership consultant with a long practice of working closely with people, institutions and the questions that shape ordinary life.

Björn Larsson Lindman is a Swedish psychologist, psychotherapist, and leadership consultant with nearly 55 years of experience mentoring executives. He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and has trained in various psychological disciplines, including Psychosynthesis, Jungian Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Systemic Constellation Therapy.

After early studies in finance, he shifted to psychology, training in Sweden and the United States under figures such as Milton Erickson, John O. Stevens and Insoo Kim Berg. He has worked extensively in leadership development, founding Lindman Consultants Ltd. and Salvia Care Ltd., and creating the LindmanModellen© and VinnaVinna programs.

As a consultant, he has advised executives in both small enterprises and multinational corporations, offering insight into power dynamics and organizational behavior. His published works on this site explore human nature, leadership and societal challenges. Lindman divides his time between Stockholm and Mallorca, continuing his work as a mentor, writer and advocate for sustainable leadership.
